Your right to withdraw

For eligible goods bought online, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods.

How to notify us

Before the 14-day period expires, send an unequivocal statement to the support email displayed in the site footer. Include your name, order number, email address and the items concerned. You may use the following wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods.”

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name of consumer(s): [name]. Address of consumer(s): [address]. Date: [date].

Returning goods

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You normally bear the direct cost of return. Keep proof of dispatch. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Refunds

We reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to certain goods, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or do not match the order.
