Terms and conditions

Seller and contact

Your contract is with We Are Digital Brands AB, organisation number 559363-4388, Fidicinstrasse 44, 10965 Berlin, Germany. For customer-service or legal enquiries, use the support email displayed in the shop footer.

Products, prices and payment

Product descriptions, available variants and prices appear on the relevant product page. Prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. The checkout shows the currency, delivery charges and final total before you place the order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the payment method you choose. We do not receive or store full card details.

Placing an order

Before you submit an order, you can review and correct the items, delivery information, price and payment details. By placing the order, you make an offer to buy the selected goods. We send an order confirmation when the order is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be authorised, stock or fulfilment is unavailable, or there is a material error in the product information or price.

Delivery and risk

Delivery options, applicable charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. See Delivery and returns for further delivery, returns and faulty-item information.

Withdrawal and faulty goods

Eligible EU online purchases carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract. EU consumers have at least the statutory two-year legal guarantee for goods. See Cancellation rights for how to withdraw.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer, including rights in your country of residence. These terms are governed by Swedish law to the extent this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also contact the consumer advice or dispute-resolution body available in your country.
